Susan Dodge is a certified personal trainer with the American Council for Exercise. She is also qualified in TRX Suspension Training. Susan has been studying Mixed Martial Arts for 5 years and has won first place in regional grappling competitions. She understands and enjoys the benefits of Yoga, which she has been practicing for 12 years. Recently running has become a great passion for her. On November 4, 2013 she completed the 2013 ING New York City Marathon. Susan’s passion and love for fitness, strength, and conditioning comes from her nearly 30 years of involvement in dance. Which includes an outstanding career as a dancer with the Paul Taylor Dance Company and Taylor 2. After retiring from professional dance, and having two children she required a new focus to keep her in shape and repair her core from pregnancy. Fitness healed her and gave her a new strength for motherhood and life. She now enjoys helping others achieve their goals and experience a better quality of life.
"Cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility are three keys to a long life and a successful state of living. You will feel better and stronger by keeping all three in alignment. I will direct your focus to achieve your balance. Most people focus on the areas they like the most or ignore the ones they find most challenging.
