Susan Dodge is a certified personal trainer with the American Council for Exercise for 10 years. She is also a Certified TRX Suspension Trainer. Susan studied Mixed Martial Arts and has won first place in regional grappling competitions. She understands and enjoys the benefits of Yoga, which she has been practicing for 20 years and is a Certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Den. Running is also a great passion for her. She has completed the ING New York City Marathon and Long Island Marathon along with many half marathons. Susan’s passion and love for fitness, strength, and conditioning comes from her nearly 30 years of involvement in dance. Which includes an outstanding career as a dancer with the Paul Taylor Dance Company and Taylor 2. After retiring from professional dance, and having two children she required a new focus to keep her in shape and repair her core from pregnancy. Fitness healed her and gave her a new strength for motherhood and life. She now enjoys helping others achieve their goals and experience a better quality of life.
