DODGE FITNESS CLASSES

Core Fitness - All Levels Welcome

With a complete focus on the core, this class will educate about the function and use of the core for proper alignment. Building core strength will help with your physical foundation in life, overall fitness, and weight loss. The class will include floor work, plank exercises, and standing abdominal control with built in cardio. Whether you want to be stronger to run a race, play with your kids, lose weight, or maintain your current fitness level. This class will give you the motivation, challenge, and support to help you reach your goals. This class is appropriate for all ages and mixed fitness abilities.
